If you want to change the language settings of your Windows Live Essentials, you can do so easily. Simply follow the few steps which have been mentioned here in this post.
Change Windows Live language settings
Click Start Button > Control Panel > Click Windows Live Language Setting.
A window will open which gives you the language options.
Select the language you wish to set, from the drop-down menu and click OK.
To download a language, an internet connection is required and any open Windows Live programs will be restarted. So it might be a good idea to close all your Windows Live programs first and then follow these steps.
