Follow the given below steps save a file in PDF format:
Step 1: Launch the Office 2010 and create a new file.
Step 2: Once you are done with your file, click File button and then click Save As button to open the Save As dialog-box.
3. In the Save as type box, select PDF in the drop down list and click Save button to save the particular file in PDF format.
